When booking a service from the hotel to the airport, the price includes a 15-minute waiting period.

The cancellation mechanism will be determined based on the reserved service time.

We primarily accept payments through secure credit card transactions to ensure a smooth and efficient process for our valued customers. However, we understand that individual situations may arise. If you prefer an alternative method such as cash, please contact us directly to discuss your request. Cash payments are considered on a case-by-case basis and require approval.

The designated start time for the tour is 08:00 AM, regardless of any alternative agreements made for a different time (regarding the cancellation policy).

We operate on a transparent and collaborative charging policy. You will only be billed for your tour after all details have been thoroughly discussed and agreed upon in advance between the tour guide and the traveler. Approval by the tour guide is a prerequisite to ensure clarity and mutual understanding before any charges are incurred. Your satisfaction and confidence in our services are our top priorities.

Cancellation made 72 hours or more prior to the tour date – Full insurance fees refunded (100% full refund). Cancellation made 71-25 hours before the tour date – Customer will be charged 25% of the booking amount. Cancellation made within 24 hours of the tour date – Customer will be charged the full cost of the booking.

The provider reserves the right to cancel a reservation based on weather conditions, security concerns, or safety considerations. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund.
